Rita Rae
Rarely do we Find a break-through in the history of traditional methods for teaching music to children. There are some great people who have done it in a highly creative way. One person was Harry Bertoia (1915 - 1978). Harry was able to design a different type of music that no one ever heard before the 1970s. This came from his evolutionary sound-sculptures that made up Sonambient ®. Now, living on this planet is another master of musical directions for children. Rita Rae has developed a very advanced concept of presenting music to children, and she includes all the creative inventions necessary to make this concept a working reality. 6 years in the making, the new musical, Dancer Out of Time, is an amazing performance of cycles within the cycle of life. Rita Rae has completed it and is making it available on CD and DVD. These two great artists are on the same team. Harry Bertoia's son, Val, is continuing to find new ways to sculpt bronze from quick glimpses of precious life's moments, to last thousands of years.
